The service
ArgusBees delivers competitive intelligence briefs (PDF / email), not a self-serve SaaS dashboard. Deliverables are based on public sources available at research time.
Accuracy
We ground claims in cited public sources and drop ungrounded statements before delivery. Public web data can be incomplete or conflicting; briefs may note conflicts explicitly. Briefs are not legal, financial, or investment advice.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to harass individuals, violate applicable law, or request scraping behind logins/paywalls. We will refuse such briefs.
Refunds
First free brief: no charge. Paid one-off briefs: refund within 7 days if the deliverable materially fails the brief, as stated on the site. Subscriptions: cancel anytime; no prorated refunds unless required by law or Lemon Squeezy policy.
