The product
ArgusBees is self-serve software. You create an account, submit a watchlist in the app, and scout-agents generate cited PDF briefs that you download from your library. We do not sell custom consulting, retainers, or analyst hours.
Briefs are based on public web sources available at research time. They are not legal, financial, or investment advice.
Accounts
You must provide an accurate email and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend access for abuse, unpaid invoices, or Acceptable Use violations.
Plans and usage
Paid access is sold as software subscriptions and optional one-off brief credits, as listed on the pricing page. Limits are competitors per brief and whether extra in-app briefs are included. All paid plans use the same research software. Standard and Pro may run additional briefs inside that software.
Accuracy
We ground claims in cited public sources and drop ungrounded statements before delivery. Public web data can be incomplete or conflicting; briefs may note conflicts explicitly.
Acceptable use
Do not use ArgusBees to harass individuals, violate applicable law, or request scraping behind logins, CAPTCHAs, or paywalls. We will refuse or cancel such runs.
Payments and merchant of record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. We do not store full card numbers.
Cancellation
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Access continues through the end of the paid period unless required otherwise by law or by the checkout processor’s policies. Refunds are described on the Refunds page.
