When you request a brief, we collect the contact details and competitor watchlist you submit (via our intake form or email). We process payment through Lemon Squeezy; we do not store full card numbers.
How we use it
To deliver competitive intelligence briefs, send transactional email (Resend), and improve the service. We do not sell personal data.
Sources we scan
Research uses public web only (pricing pages, blogs, public job listings, press). We do not bypass logins, paywalls, or CAPTCHAs, and we do not scrape personal employee profiles.
