First brief

The first sample brief is free. There is no charge to refund.

One-off briefs

If a paid one-off brief materially misses the watchlist you submitted in the app, request a refund within 7 days of delivery. Email hello@argusbees.com from the account address. We do not offer human “revision rounds”; you can re-run the brief from your library, or we refund.

Subscriptions

Cancel anytime from your account or by emailing us. You keep access until the end of the current billing period. We do not prorate unused days unless required by law or by the checkout processor’s return policy.

Who handles the return

The merchant of record named at checkout handles returns for paid orders. Email us and we will pass the request to them when they must process the refund.
